The World Bank Group SMS Survey System

Narrative Description of Project: A World Bank led effort to create an application through which generic SMS based surveys could be easily run. The aim of this project was to investigate whether conducting surveys by SMS was feasible and building a computer program that not only runs such a survey but also manages the SMS responses and results.
